With sedation dentistry, just about any dental procedure including full mouth reconstructions and smile makeovers can now be performed with virtually no pain.

IV Sedation in Dentistry

Why would I want IV Sedation?

IV sedation or intravenous sedation provides pain relief, during otherwise painful procedures.IV sedation will make you drowsy and unaware of pain during a procedure or surgery. How will you feel after IV sedation? You or a family member will wake up feeling rested and without any negative memories of the dental procedure. IV sedation dentistry is a specialty that provides the ultimate comfort during any complex dental treatment.

Less than one percent of dentists in California are licensed to perform IV sedation. At Dr. Zak Family Dentistry our select team of experienced cosmetic dentists and anesthesiologists, however, have a proven track record of safe and successful IV sedation that spans over twenty years.

Nitrous Oxide Sedation in Dentistry

Why is Nitrous Oxide Sedation the most commonly used method of sedation in dentistry?

At Dr. Zak Family Dentistry, we want to make sure you and your family is comfortable during all pleasant and not so pleasant treatments.
